Focus Strategy 1: Your Habits Will Determine Your Future
Let's first start our discussion with what is the definition of habit?
Habit: Something you do so often that it becomes easy and automatic.
Instant gratification: This is a pattern that many people live in where they buy things they cannot afford and postpone paying for them, which leads to an inevitable end, which is bankruptcy.

There are a few things that can get in the way of your habit building and cause you to back out of it:
1-High levels of stress and pressure
2- Unexpected crisis
3- It takes a long time to see results.
Identify and pay attention to your bad habits and write them down or talk to people you love and ask them about your bad habits, this will help you eliminate your bad habits.
The negative environment you live in has a great impact on your personality and habits, and may lead a person to drug addiction or crime, but you can still change by changing what you can change and committing to that until the person who will light your way to knowing yourself finally appears, and when that person comes to you or you are able to meet him somewhere, do not hesitate to learn from him and listen to him attentively, because he may have been in a worse situation than yours in the past, but he was able to overcome the difficulties with patience and perseverance, so shorten your path to achieving your goals by taking him as a role model for you to light your way to achieving your goals.
Focus Strategy 2: It's Not Magic: But It's Not All About Focus
There are two kinds of talents in life:
1-Natural talents
2- Acquired talents
It is very important to start focusing and training on our natural talents in order to reach fruitful results that motivate us to commit to them. What you have to do is discover that talent, and you can discover it by being clear about the activities you do weekly and recording them in your notebook, to discover where your time is wasted and where you invest your time, so that you have the choice whether to develop those activities that may turn into talents or neglect them to stay in your place. It is okay to get some help when you start your project, you are not the best. You may start your project, but you will not be able to do all the tasks, and here comes the role of the personal assistant who makes you give up the unimportant things in your life and take care of them. To achieve your goals, there are criteria that you must take into account to make your journey easier: Do not let anyone define your goal. Your goal must come from you . You must be serious in your pursuit of your goal by defining the tasks that you will do daily and the things that you must give up to reach your goal. Make your goal measurable and clear to you. For example (I want to be a painter). That goal is just unclear and not measurable, so we can be more specific and say (I want to join a drawing course and practice daily for an hour or two).
1- Define your goals on a piece of paper and set a time frame for each goal.
2- Arrange your goals according to their importance to you.
3- Imagine that you have achieved your goal and put inspiring pictures on your personal phone that remind you of your goal daily.
4- Write down your thoughts and feelings as you go, whether they are positive or negative, and be aware of them.
5- Ask for help from people with experience in your field to learn faster.
Focus Strategy 4: Overcoming Obstacles
There are two types of people:
1- He who turns the obstacles he faces into great victories.
2- He who faces the obstacles he faces and turns them into a disastrous failure.
What will you do when you encounter an obstacle? Will you give up? Or will you learn from it? That's up to you alone.
